We are seeking a meticulous and detail-oriented Accountant to join our team at Beyt Properties LTD . As an Accountant, you will be responsible for maintaining accurate financial records, preparing financial statements, and conducting financial analysis to support our business operations. Your role will be vital in ensuring compliance with accounting standards and regulations, as well as identifying opportunities for cost optimization and revenue enhancement.
Responsibilities:
Prepare and maintain financial records, including general ledger entries, accounts payable/receivable, and payroll.
Reconcile bank statements and other financial documents to ensure accuracy.
Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements and reports.
Conduct variance analysis to identify discrepancies and areas for improvement.
Assist in budgeting and forecasting processes.
Monitor and ensure compliance with relevant accounting principles, policies, and regulations.
Collaborate with internal teams and external auditors during audits.
Assist in tax preparation and filings.
Participate in financial planning and decision-making processes.
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
Strong knowledge of accounting principles, regulations, and best practices.
Proficiency in accounting software and MS Office Suite.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
Detail-oriented and organized approach to work.
Effective communication and teamwork abilities.
