About This RoleThe Donor Experience Coordinator will be part of our donor experience team carrying out run-rate donor experience processes providing excellent customer support to our recurring donors. They will be responsible for accurate, timely donation processing on a weekly basis. In addition to maintaining the run-rate customer service & data processing tasks the DX coordinator will own more complex data processes such as support for growth products and other projects for the broader growth team. The DX coordinator will be trained on the wider scope of DX responsibilities and be able to support & cover for the DX associate during times of high volume or out of office.This role is fully remote but must overlap with an East Africa timezone by at least 4 hours.

What Youβll Do
- Handle run-rate donor requests (updating donations) and non-donor inquires in info@
- Process donations (data entry) within SLAs for accuracy & timing w/in Salesforce
- Handle matching gift requests through various platforms & corresponding with donors
- Answer donor inquiries through Live Chat
- Maintain ability to understand and cover full breadth of donor experience processes during times of high volume
- Work with retail team to support on a variety of additional projects (i.e. acquisition & retention initiatives, maintain and update CRM/databases)

- Strong skills managing processes and timelines with high level of accuracy
- Comfort with Google Sheets, CRM use (Salesforce), data entry and ability to pick up new software/systems quickly
- Excellent written communication skills
- Ability to travel ~1-2 times per year to one of our countries of operation for team retreats or field visits
