Key Requirements:
- Daily accounting tasks and management of month-end activities, including real time cash-flow reporting.
- Guide the management of the accounting team to deliver budgets and forecasts.
- Create, Implement and promote processes and procedures surrounding financial activities.
- Ensure the timely and accurate preparation of profit and loss accounts, budgets, cash flows, variance analysis and commentaries.
- Provide advice and analysis on the financial consequences of business decisions to evaluate options for business preparations, capital investments and funding decisions.
Qualifications:
- Must have a degree in Finance or Accounting or relevant field.
- Must have CPA, CFA or ACCA qualification.
- Must have experience using Xero accounting software.
- At least 2 years’ experience working as an accountant.
- Experience in auditing is an added advantage.
- Ability to work closely with other team members and with minimal supervision.
- Have a positive attitude and self-drive.
- Excellent spoken and written English.
