We specialize in the automotive industry, investing in niche technological areas such as connected cars, aftermarket services, and telematics. Our portfolio includes three dynamic businesses: Eagle Lights, Fuego, and Shinobi. As part of our telesales team, you will play a crucial role in driving sales growth and building strong customer relationships. Engage with customers through phone calls and emails, promoting our innovative automotive products and solutions. We are seeking a motivated candidate with excellent communication and writing skills, knowledge of sales-related software tools, and a passion for the automotive industry.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct outbound sales calls to potential customers, introducing and promoting our automotive products and services.
- Engage in active listening to understand customer needs and provide appropriate solutions.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, ensuring excellent customer service and support.
- Utilize sales-related software tools and CRM systems to manage customer interactions, track sales activities, and maintain accurate records.
- Collaborate with the sales team to create and implement effective sales strategies, ensuring achievement of sales targets and objectives.
- Stay updated on industry trends and advancements in the automotive sector to effectively communicate product features and benefits.
- Prepare sales proposals, presentations, and quotations to present to potential customers.
- Follow up on sales inquiries and leads to convert them into sales opportunities.
- Provide regular reports on sales activities, market trends, and customer feedback.
- Continuously enhance product knowledge and sales skills through training programs and self-development initiatives.
Requirements
- Proven experience in telesales or a similar role, preferably within the automotive industry.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and establish long-term customer relationships over the phone.
- Strong writing skills to effectively communicate sales proposals, emails, and customer correspondence.
- Proficiency in sales-related software tools and CRM systems.
