GRAPHICS/MOTION DESIGNER       

REPORTING TO THE CHIEF GRAPHIC DESIGNER

OVERALL PURPOSE OF THE JOB.

We are seeking a talented and creative Graphics/Motion Designer to join our team. In this role, he/she will be responsible for designing and producing visually appealing graphics, animations, and motion graphics for various digital and print media. You will collaborate closely with our teams from various platforms and creative teams to bring concepts to life and deliver engaging visual content.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Design and develop captivating graphics, animations, and motion graphics for Electronic, Digital and Print media, including websites, social media, marketing materials, presentations, and
• Collaborate with the marketing and creative teams to understand project requirements and translate them into visually compelling
• Create storyboards, mockups, and prototypes to visualize design ideas and
• Use industry-standard software tools, such as Autodesk 3D Max/Maya, Cinema 4D, Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, After Effects, Premiere Pro) and other relevant software, to create and edit visual
• Ensure consistency in visual branding and messaging across different platforms and
• Stay updated with industry trends, new design techniques, and emerging technologies to continually enhance design

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including writers, developers, and marketing professionals, to execute design projects within specified
• Participate in brainstorming sessions and provide creative input to enhance the overall design and user
• ORAD Pipeline/software use & mastery through projects delivery (advantage)

PERSON SPECIFICATION

QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE:

• Bachelor’s degree in graphic design, Animation, Motion Design, or a related
• Proven work experience as a Graphic Designer come Animator/Motion Designer or a similar role, with a strong portfolio showcasing your design and animation
• Proficiency in industry-standard software tools such as Autodesk 3D Max/Maya, Cinema 4D, Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, In Design, After Effects, Premiere Pro) and other relevant animation and motion design
• Strong understanding of design principles, color theory, typography, and
• Demonstrated ability to create visually appealing graphics and animations that effectively communicate a message or story.
• Solid knowledge of current design and animation trends, as well as an ability to adapt and innovate in a fast-paced, ever- changing
• Excellent attention to detail and the ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously while meeting
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to effectively present and explain design concepts and
• A collaborative and team-oriented mindset, with the ability to work well in cross-functional
• A passion for design, animation, and motion graphics, with a strong desire to stay updated with the latest industry developments.

SKILLS AND OTHER ATTRIBUTES

• Experience with Print/3D animation and modelling
• Knowledge of video editing techniques and software(advantage).
