Job Summary:

As a Customer Acquisition Executive at Businessclaud, your main responsibility will be to identify, acquire, and onboard new customers for our e-commerce platform. You will play a crucial role in expanding our customer base and driving business growth. This is a remote position, allowing you the flexibility to work from anywhere.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute customer acquisition strategies to attract and onboard new customers to our e-commerce platform.
  • Research and identify potential customer segments and target markets for focused acquisition efforts.
  • Conduct market research to understand customer needs, preferences, and purchasing behavior.
  • Generate leads through various channels, including online research, social media, email marketing, and industry events.
  • Engage with leads through personalized outreach, calls, emails, and demonstrations to showcase the benefits of our platform.
  • Nurture leads through the sales funnel, addressing inquiries, overcoming objections, and closing sales.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and implement targeted acquisition campaigns and initiatives.
  • Track and analyze customer acquisition metrics, including conversion rates, customer lifetime value, and return on investment.
  • Monitor industry trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to identify areas for improvement and innovation.
  • Provide regular reports on customer acquisition activities, performance, and key insights to the management team.

Requirements:

  • Proven work experience as a Customer Acquisition Executive, Sales Executive, or a similar role, preferably in the e-commerce or technology industry.
  • Strong sales acumen and a deep understanding of customer acquisition strategies, techniques, and best practices.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in using CRM systems, lead management tools, and sales software.
  • Strong analytical skills, with the ability to interpret data, generate insights, and make data-driven decisions.
  • Self-motivated and results-driven, with a track record of meeting or exceeding customer acquisition targets.
  • Ability to build and maintain strong customer relationships and work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred but not required.
