About the job Business Development Executive (Kenya Based)
Objective:
We are looking to hire Business Development Executive (Based in Nairobi) to manage the Outbound new sales for Kenyan Market,
The responsibilities include discovering and pursuing new sales prospects, negotiating deals, maintaining customers relationship & satisfaction.
Responsibilities
- Actively seek out new sales opportunities through cold calling & social networking,
- Attending local business events to generate new leads & won new sales,
- Setup meetings with potential clients and listen to their requirements & needs,
- Prepare and deliver appropriate presentations on the provided services,
- Negotiate/close deals and handle complaints or objections,
- Collaborate with team members to achieve better results
- Aiming to achieve monthly targets.
Requirements
- Minimum 3 years proven experience as a Sales Executive (Selling services)
- B2B Services is a must (Localization industry is preferred)
- Expert in leads generation, penetration & cold calling,
- Having previous experience in localization will be preferred,
- Proficiency in English
- Thorough understanding of marketing and negotiating techniques
