Social Media Associate — Jacaranda Maternity HospitalDuties
- Plan, record, and edit professional-quality videos to post on all social media platforms.
- At least two videos per week, with one being a new video with fresh content
- Measure and report on the performance of the video campaigns and assess against marketing goals
- Conduct market research to identify target market segments, understand their interests and needs, and create video campaigns that resonate with them.
- Collaborate with the clinical team to develop concepts for video content.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest trends, techniques, technologies, and best practices in digital marketing to continuously improve our campaigns.
- Develop and manage online advertising campaigns to drive traffic, generate leads, and increase sales.
- Monitor social media accounts and engage with followers to build brand awareness, generate leads, and create a positive brand image.
- Use marketing tools to manage lead generation by responding to inquiries.
- Develop a content calendar to map out posting priorities to ensure consistent posting on all social media platforms.
- Track conversions from our online support groups and report on that bi-weekly
Background

- As part of the interview process we will ask you to show us work samples or demonstrate your video editing abilities and your understanding of how to explain our brand well online
- Strong command of both Swahili and English and ability to communicate respectfully and professionally both on the phone and in writing
- Background or interest in hospitality profession also a plus
