Bliss Healthcare is the largest network of Outpatient Medical Centres in Kenya with 63 Centres across 37 counties in Kenya’s Urban and Rural Communities providing quality, accessible and affordable healthcare. We are currently hiring for the Sales Administrator who will be responsible for ensuring the business development team is well supported through coordination and liaison with all the other concerned department at support office.
Responsibilities:
- To receive activity requests from the Sales Team and process approval.
- Follow up with finance for timely facilitation of activity requests.
- Ensuring proper documents are submitted during requests for facilitation.
- Maintain the entire teams’ schedules of activities (wellness activities & health talks).
- Controlling costs of activities by ensuring the requests are within the set standards.
- Highlighting cost drivers and provide recommendations on reducing costs of activities.
- Coordinating with the marketing & branding team for timely delivery of requested merchandise.
- Ensuring and maintaining proper communication with the sales team regarding approvals/ rejections done on wellness requests.
- Receive and verify travel advance request forms from the sales team as per the set guidelines.
- Check the travel requests as per the monthly planner.
- Process travel requests for the entire team through all concerned departments.
- Receive travel expense forms and receipts from the sales team and submit to Finance department.
- Record, maintain and track expenses of travels by the team. Coordination and liaison with different departments to ensure timely delivery of sales items.
Education And Experience:
- Bachelor’s or Diploma in Business related field
- At least 2 years of progressive relevant experience in healthcare industry.
- Proficiency in ICT with strong MS Office.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Good planning and organizational skills.
