Media Sales &Marketing Executive:- Ref: KUS G7

We have an exciting Media Sales/Marketing Executive position for a highly motivated individual with a winning attitude to sell integrated, multi-media advertising space.

Key Responsibilities

• Source & develop new business leads

• Develop strategic and competitive advertising sales and marketing concepts.

• Visit clients and make sales pitches and ensure swift and efficient closure of the deal.

• Maintain long-term consultative relationship with clients for repeat business.

• Submit weekly forecasts to help determine which clients to critically focus on to maximize sales volume and growth.

• Meeting sales targets.

• Follow up on sales collections and ensure timely payments by all clients.

• Adhere to the company’s credit policy with no debt beyond the credit period.

• Handle sales administrative issues as necessary.

• Conduct market intelligence on gaps and business opportunities.

• Prepare weekly reports and any other reports agreed upon

• Develop and maintain effective relationships with key decision-makers

• Any other duties that may be assigned to you

Qualifications & Experience

• Bachelors’ Degree Marketing, Business, Advertising, Sales or a related field from a reputable university or institution;

• Must have Diploma in Mass Communication/ Media Studies;

• At least 3 years work experience in advertising, marketing, and sales;

• Demonstrate a track record of meeting sales production goals;

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to craft compelling proposals and sales pitch;

• Ability to write news/feature stories is an added advantage;

• Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms, including social media management, email marketing;

• Strong business acumen & results oriented attitude;

• Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build and maintain relationships with clients, stakeholders, and industry professionals;

• Flexibility to travel occasionally for events and client meetings;

• Strong organizational and multiple project management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines;

• Proficiency in Microsoft Suite;

• Outstanding customer service skills required;
