Responsibilities:
- Assisting in the development and distribution of marketing and promotional material
- Helping conduct and collate findings from market research
- Writing targeted content for website and blogs
- Assisting in the distribution of subscriber newsletters and information
- Contributing to internal reports
- Reporting on success by monitoring key metrics
- Creating content for social media channels
- Responding to customers queries via phone, email or social media
- Reviewing and analyzing administrative and marketing data to determine which marketing strategies are most effective
- Coordinating with Lead Consultant to promote organizational products or services to potential clients
- Conduct market research and analyze consumer rating reports/ questionnaires
- Employ marketing analytics techniques to gather important data (social media, web analytics, rankings etc.)
- Update spreadsheets, databases and inventories with statistical, financial and non-financial information
- Assist in the organizing of promotional events and traditional or digital campaigns and attend them to facilitate their success
- Prepare and deliver promotional presentations
- Compose and post online content on the company’s website and social media accounts
- Write marketing literature (brochures, press releases etc.) to augment the company’s presence in the market
- Communicate directly with clients and encourage trusting relationships
Qualifications:
- Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, IT, Project Management or a related field
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Attention to detail
- A high degree of organisation
- Capacity to work independently
- Ability to constantly improve and optimize
