Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate and direct the preparation of budget and financial forecasts and report variances
  • Prepare and publish timely financial statements
  • Coordinate the preparation of regulatory reporting
  • Research technical accounting issues for compliance
  • Streamline accounting functions and operations
  • Evaluate and manage risks
  • Ensure quality control over financial transactions and financial reporting
  • Manage and comply with government reporting requirements and tax filings
  • Develop and document business processes and accounting policies to maintain and strengthen internal controls
  • Assist with annual company audits

Key Skills and Competencies:

  • Proven experience in finance management
  • CPA or ACCA preferred
