JOB DESCRIPTION
- Create Manufacturing Orders in Odoo
- Schedule Manufacturing Orders based on the plan provided by the production manager.
- Ensure Work Orders are initiated in time
- Transfer Closing Stock Production Items to enable receipt by stores
Monitor Manufacturing transfers - Provide Daily System Production Reports to Production team
- Identify any issues with Odoo production and report to Supervisor
- Provide weekly system performance reports to Supervisor
- Create Workshop Requisitions with relevant Odoo Reference
- Setting dispatch dates & Rescheduling for all Manufacturing FJOs
- Receive raw materials in the FJO system
- Issue finished Products in FJO System
- Ensure IT assets are ready to operate Odoo
- Create Bill of Material
QUALIFICATIONS
- KCSE CERTIFICATE
