Accounts Assistant (DMS Assistant)
Tony West Ltd is a Kenya company and was incorporated in 3rd May, 2012. We specialize in selling and distributing Kenya Breweries Ltd. (K.B.L) and UDV products. As K.B.L distributor, we strive to meet our clients’ needs and expectations through reliable personnel, consistent stock levels and quality customer care service and ensuring our consumers can access their drink of choice across all our outlets.
We have our depots situated at Dagoretti Corner and Athi River.
We are looking to fill a position of a Accounts Assistant (DMS Superuser Assistant)
The roles for the position are;
- Performing Distributor Management System (DMS) route settlement and generating CIR Reports.
- Performing DMS Stock Reconciliation.
- Van Salesmen Stock confirmation
- DMS vs Pastel sales reconciliation
- Ensuring all back office sales invoices have been posted in DMS.
- Receiving of company invoices into the system(purchases)
- Generating stock outs
- Debtors Report
- Interwarehouses Stock Transfer and stock outs.
Stock reconciliation is key for the role
Requirements.
- Atleast a CPA 2 or Bachelor of Commerce Accounting or any related field.
- Atleast 2 years experience in an FMCG Company especially stock handling, management and reconciliation.
- Quick Learner and can be able to work under high pressure situations.
- Strong communication skills.
- High integrity.
- Professional and highly motivated.
- Good analytical skills.
