We are excited about sales and profoundly believe that selling should be an exciting, positive, and fulfilling experience for both parties.Role SummaryAt Yusudi, sales training is critical to achieving our vision and mission. The Training Administrator is responsible for providing overall administrative support to the Yusudi Sales Academy (YSA).Specific Responsibilities
  • Efficiently prepare YSA Cohorts and other youth projects by overseeing trainee onboarding by making proper communications and onboarding them to the Learning Management System (LMS) for trainees.
  • Be the key contact person for all students to address their needs and escalate specific issues to the relevant person within the organization.
  • Schedule calendar invites for trainers, sharing assessments, and sending class reminders before the first training day.
  • Identify and resolve minor technical challenges faced by trainees on the LMS, providing support and assistance. Escalate complex cases to the immediate manager for resolution.
  • Monitor and track trainees online learning and ensure 100% completion of all online courses.
  • Monitor and track daily class attendance of trainees, ensuring compliance with attendance regulations. Send warning emails to trainees who violate attendance policies.
  • Test and report on the functionality of training materials on the LMS, identifying and addressing issues such as obsolete instructions and non-opening links.
  • Coordinate and facilitate YSA mock interviews, ensuring smooth organization and providing reports on the outcomes.
  • Coordinate the review of trainees CVs, ensuring timely completion of reviews for all trainees by the end of each cohort.
  • Collect and manage trainee feedback through various channels, including phone calls and weekly surveys. Analyze feedback and provide reports on outcomes to relevant stakeholders.
  • Track and report on trainee dropouts, offering insights and recommendations to reduce dropout rates effectively.
  • Undertake any other assigned duties as needed to support the training program and administrative functions.

  • Organizational Skills: As a Training Assistant and Admin, you must have strong organizational skills to handle multiple tasks, manage schedules, coordinate logistics, and ensure smooth training operations.
  • Attention to Detail: Paying close attention to detail is essential to accurately administer trainee information, update training materials, track attendance, and handle documentation, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
  • Communication Skills: Effective communication skills, both written and verbal, are crucial for interacting with trainees, trainers, and stakeholders. Clear and concise communication is essential for conveying instructions, answering queries, and providing updates.
  • Technical Aptitude: Proficiency in using learning management systems (LMS), software applications, and online platforms is necessary to support trainees and troubleshoot minor technical issues. Familiarity with CRM systems and other relevant tools is also beneficial.
  • Problem-Solving Abilities: Being able to identify trainees challenges, troubleshoot minor technical issues, and find solutions independently is important. When encountering complex cases, knowing when and how to escalate problems to higher-level support is essential.
  • Analytical Skills: Analytical skills help in testing and reporting on training materials, assessing trainee feedback, tracking dropouts, and providing insights for improving the training programs effectiveness.
  • Time Management: Effective time management skills are necessary to meet deadlines, prioritize tasks, and handle various administrative duties efficiently. Being able to multitask and work under pressure is important in managing training operations.
  • Customer Service Orientation: A customer service mindset is important when dealing with trainees and trainers, providing timely and helpful support, addressing concerns, and ensuring a positive experience throughout the training process.
