A management trainee works under the supervision of managers and executives in organizations. Your goal is to acquire all essential knowledge to become a future manager, often in particular fields, such as marketing, sales, or finance.
Key Accountabilities / Responsibilities
- Help managers complete daily tasks
- Understand each department’s daily processes and goals
- Provide administrative support
- Get familiar with personnel duties related to the department he/she is hired for
- Participate in company’s strategic planning
- Help managers in evaluating performance (e.g. writing reports, analyzing data)
- Research ways to increase profitability and lower risk/ cost
- Create and give presentations
- Completing all assigned tasks and assisting with day-to-day operations.
- Develop and maintain positive working relationships with all key stakeholders
- University graduates in any disciplines in the last 2 years (Bachelor’s degree)
- Minimum of 2nd class upper
- Strong passion in developing career in FMCG
- Highly energized, can work independently while also collaborate with others
- Willing to challenge self and others to strive for excellence
- Strong motivation to assume leadership & problem-solver
- Excellent communications and interpersonal skills
- Demonstrated high learning agility
- Fluency in spoken and written English
