Job Description
1. Recruitment Support.
- Publishing job descriptions and adverts on the various recruitment platforms.
- Ensuring all approvals are received and filed for auditing purposes.
- Screening of applications and CV’s according to the requirements provided for the role.
- Supervising the HR jobs email.
- Support HR Business Partner in corresponding to applicants.
- Support HR Business Partner in scheduling interviews.
- Communicating vacancies to organization General Administration.
- Support in full on-boarding of staff.
2. General Administrative Support.
- Ensuring all HR records are updated, filed correctly, and are easily accessible.
- Assisting HR Business Partner with posting of birthdays and general HR communications.
- Assisting in Scheduling of monthly staff meetings, finalizing agenda and minute taking.
- Updating of monthly organogram, staff files and employee records and sharing on SharePoint both manually and electronically.
- Minute-taking when required and attending HR meetings.
- Ensuring the employee database is up to date.
- Ensure implementation Support in insurance of Corporate Benefits i.e pension, GLA and medical to new staff.
- Support in off-boarding of leaving staff.
- Support in immigration and mobility relocation
- Any other task that will be assigned by the HR Business Partner.
Qualifications
Your competencies and qualifications:
- University degree in relevant field and HR specialization
- CHRP qualification.
- Minimum 1 years experience in HR.
Experience:
- Excellent knowledge of Ms Office.
- Customer oriented.
- Strong Business Acumen.
