Key Requirements:
- Ensure monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets are tracked and achieved
- Develop and implement sales strategies to penetrate the various niche markets
- Plan and implement critical marketing initiatives to support the timely achievement of sales objectives
- Develop, build, and manage stakeholder relationships both internal and external including suppliers, government, institutions, and individuals
- Ensure product, people, and processes compliance with respective statutory and quality control bodies local, regional, or otherwise
- Plan and lead weekly team and departmental meetings in view of set goals
- Weekly or monthly reporting to the Board as required
- Actively participate in budgeting and day to day ad-hoc analysis to test the cost-benefit side of business
Qualifications:
- Must have master’s or bachelor’s degree in business administration or Marketing
- Must 5+years of experience in a Sales or Commercial role in Kenya
- Must have experience in the HORECA sector
- Proven track record in successful business development and/or business management
- Experience in identifying and developing sales leads through various marketing channels
- Financial Planning & Strategy experience – budgeting & reporting
- Excellent Communication Skills (both written and oral)
- Proven ability to meet deadlines and ability to manage multiple priorities concurrently
- Positive mindset combined with excellent influencing and collaboration skills
- Ideally experience and knowledge in recycling or renewable energy.
