Job Summary:
Responsible for creating suitable travel options/destinations. In addition, they customize trips to domestic or international destinations, tours, accommodation, transport, insurance and fares.
Qualifications:
1. BA/diploma in Hospitality, Travel, Tourism, Business or similar relevant field
2. Minimum 3 years of experience as a tours and Travel Consultant
3. Minimum 2 years’ experience issuing air tickets
4. Experience in inbound and outbound
5. Experience handling both corporates and retail clients
6. Possess a collaborative mindset and work well as part of a team
7. Superior time management abilities and capable of meeting deadlines
8. Excellent organizational skills and ability to multitask
9. Great interpersonal and communication skills
10. Up to date on industry trends, as well as laws and regulations
11. Ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders in the hospitality industry
12. Good business acumen
