    ABOUT THE ROLE

    We are excited to be opening up a role for a passionate and detail-oriented Project Administrator to join our team. In this role, you will play a crucial part in the monitoring and reporting of program progress and performance. Your responsibilities will include collecting and analyzing data, tracking key metrics and milestones, and preparing regular reports for program managers and senior management. Additionally, you will provide valuable support in program budgeting and financial tracking, assisting in budget preparation, monitoring expenditure against budgets, and processing financial documentation. Your keen financial skills and exceptional attention to detail will play a vital role in effectively managing program finances.

    RESPONSIBILITIES

    • Create and maintain project documentation, including project plans, schedules, budgets, and status reports
    • Ensure proper version control and document management practices are followed
    • Facilitate communication between project team members and partners
    • Champion effective communication channels and coordinating meetings
    • Support with tracking metrics, collecting and analyzing data, and preparing reports on program progress and performance
    • Maintain partner databases and manage stakeholder communication
    • Coordinate stakeholder meetings and gather feedback
    • Provide support in general office responsibilities, including coordination of office activities and team events
    • Assist in managing phone calls, correspondence, and travel arrangements
    • Help with team meeting management and the creation and updating of records and databases

    ABOUT YOU  

    • Certificate or Degree in business administration, project management or a related field (equivalent experience works too!)
    • Experience as a project administrator or general administration duties in a start-up or scale-up environment
    • Ability to use raw data and convert into insights for strategic planning
    • Strong understanding of project management principles and tools
    • Highly organized and detail oriented
    • Excellent organizational and time management skills
    • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Powerpoint)
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
    • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
    • Experience in using tools such as Miro and Canva and AI tools is a big plus!
