- Carrying out loan appraisal, assessment, and loan processing.
- Preparing daily group status reports.
- Customer screening, recruitment, and training.
- Service delivery through group and customer visits
- Managing risks to achieve a quality portfolio.
- Carrying out market analysis to identify potential customers.
- Ensuring data entry accuracy.
Qualifications
- Over 2 year’s experience working as a Loan officer.
- Diploma/Degree in a relevant field.
- At least 2 years of riding (Motorcycle) experience.
- Good Communication skills
- Excellent organizing abilities.
- Excellent analytical skills.
- Great with numbers and figures.
- Good digital literacy skills.
