Responsibilities:

- Manage the catering operations, including menu planning, food preparation, service, and quality control.
- Collaborate with clients to understand their event requirements, provide expert guidance, and ensure their expectations are met or exceeded.
- Coordinate with vendors, suppliers, and internal departments to secure necessary resources and ensure seamless event execution.
- Supervise a team of event staff, including catering personnel, servers, and event assistants, providing guidance, training, and performance evaluations.
- Monitor event budgets, expenses, and revenue to ensure profitability and cost-efficiency.
- Maintain a strong focus on customer satisfaction, promptly addressing any concerns or issues to ensure a positive experience for all clients and guests.
- Stay updated on industry trends, new event concepts, and catering innovations to enhance the quality and uniqueness of our offerings.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in event management and catering, preferably in a supervisory or leadership role.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, capable of building positive relationships with clients, colleagues, and vendors.
- 2-3 years of event management experience preferably in a supervisory role.
- Exceptional attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality service.
- Ability to remain calm and composed under pressure, resolving issues efficiently and diplomatically.
- Proficient in using event management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Knowledge of food safety regulations and best practices in catering operations.
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required by event schedules.
