Background
Incredo Finance, a leading credit provider in Kenya, is seeking motivated and experienced sales agents to join our team. As a freelance sales agent, you will play a crucial role in promoting and selling our financial solutions to individuals and businesses. This position is purely commission-based, offering unlimited earning potential for successful candidates.
Job Summary
The position holder will be expected to cross sell the various financial solutions on offer as well as generate market leads for the credit team.
Job Description
1. Promote and sell Incredo Finance’s financial solutions to potential clients.
2. Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the target market.
3. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to maximize sales opportunities.
4. Provide accurate and up-to-date information about our products and services to clients.
5. Meet or exceed sales targets on a consistent basis.
6. Maintain a thorough understanding of the competitive landscape and industry trends.
7. Collaborate with the sales team to develop effective sales strategies and marketing campaigns.
8. Report sales activities and progress regularly to the branch manager.
Requirements
1. Minimum of 1 year of experience in marketing financial solutions for banks, SACCOs, microfinance institutions, or insurance companies.
2. Proven track record of achieving sales targets and generating revenue.
3. Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with potential clients.
4. Self-motivated and results-driven with the ability to work independently.
5. Excellent negotiation and persuasion skills.
6. Good understanding of the financial industry and products.
7. Ability to adapt to changing market conditions and customer needs.
8. Proficient in using technology and digital tools for sales and communication purposes.
