Lensoft is a leading digital solutions company based in Kenya. We are currently seeking a highly motivated and experienced Salesperson to join our team.
As a Salesperson, you will be responsible for developing new business opportunities, building and maintaining relationships with customers, and achieving sales targets. You should have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as a proven track record in sales.
Responsibilities:
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities
- Build and maintain relationships with new and existing customers
- Achieve sales targets on a monthly, quarterly, and yearly basis
- Provide excellent customer service and support
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure customer satisfaction
- Attend industry events and conferences to network and generate leads
Requirements:
- Proven track record in sales, preferably in the web design or IT industry
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Self-motivated and driven to achieve targets
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong negotiation and problem-solving skills
- Knowledge of web hosting, web design, and domain registration services is an added advantage
