Key Responsibilities:
- Folding laundry
- Keep an updated inventory of laundry detergents and all stock items.
- Track maintenance and repairs on laundering equipment
- Ensure that the facility remains clean at all times
- Anticipate and respond to customers’ queries, concerns and complaints
SKILLS
- Proven work experience as a Laundry Attendant or similar role.
- Diploma or equivalent is preferred
- Computer knowledge and experience in Microsoft office applications such as excel and word is also required.
- Familiarity with cleaning detergents and laundering equipment
- Outstanding organizational and time management skills
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication skills
- Attention to detail and accuracy.
- Creative skills for contributing new and innovative ideas.
