Role Summary:

Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with our UI/UX Lead and cross-functional teams to understand user requirements and business goals.
- Assist in conducting user research, such as interviews and surveys, to gather insights and inform design decisions.
- Create wireframes, prototypes, and interactive mockups to communicate design concepts.
- Support the design team in usability testing and iterate on designs based on user feedback.
- Assist in analyzing user data and metrics to identify areas for improvement and propose design solutions.
- Assist in graphic design marketing materials such as posters, flyers, banners, PowerPoint etc
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in UI/UX design.
Requirements:
- Ability to adapt and align with our company’s core values.
- Strong desire and passion to learn and grow in the field of UI/UX design.
- Proficiency in design tools like Figma and Adobe products
- Knowledge of design skills and tools like Figma, Adobe products or similar will be a great advantage.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Detail-oriented with a keen eye for aesthetics and usability.
- Ability to work independently and take ownership of assigned tasks.
- Basic knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript is a plus.
- Basic knowledge of Video editing is a plus
- Animations design is a plus
