The hospital seeks to recruit an ideal candidate for the following position:-
STOCK CONTROLLER
Reporting to the Manager-Materials Management Division, the incumbent will be responsible for; Job Summary
Movement of inventory and management of the assigned stores
Accurate and timely issuance of goods as per user’s requests.
Accurate verification of goods from the receiving team.
- Work with the procurement team and end users to ensure accurate requests are made and minimizing and/or climinating slow moving and obsolete stocks.
- Recommend optimum quantities of items to be purchased.
- Undertake stock takes and being responsible for the variances thereof, whilst monitoring expires.
- Adhere to the quality requirements of the department.
Required qualifications, attributes, and experience
- A minimum of a Diploma in Purchasing and Supplies or a relevant field. At least three years of relevant working experience in a similar
- Must possess administrative/warehousing/accounting skills.
- Computer literate and Proficient in MS- Excel.
- Ability to work independently with a team skills and a high level of integrity.
