We are looking for TWO highly skilled professionals who can join us in the role of a Sales Representative-KEY ACCOUNTS.
JOB LOCATION – NAIROBI and UPCOUNTRY REGION
KEY SIGNIFICANCE OF POSITION
These positions are primarily positioned to attract potential customers and retain existing customers through coordinated processes to fulfill customer’s inquiries and ensure high standards of customer satisfaction.
KEY JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
- Deliver Daily, Weekly and Monthly Sales Targets/ quotas by ensuring cost effective and efficient route to market mapping and an up-to-date (live) customer database.
- Ensure timely sales payment and overdue collections as per company policy.
- Vet new customer account opening process while striving to increase customer database within designated market region.
- Keep updated database of all the distributors and other customers and their designated areas of coverage.
- Prepare weekly Sales, market intelligence report, and daily activity reports for the designated market region as per defined reporting structure.
- Ensure all sales assistants do their stock reconciliations daily.
- Ensure proper planning for logistics for the depot sales team.
- Ensure good customer relations with all customers in your route.
KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS & EXPERIENCE REQUIRED
- A Bachelor’s degree in Commerce/ Marketing Or
- Diploma in sales and marketing
- Three years’ experience in FMCG-Key Accounts.
- Competence in use of MS Office Suite
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills (articulate) coupled with good listening and critical reasoning skills.
- Good planner well organized with the ability to deliver sales target within strictly deadlines.
- Experience in FMCG(Modern Trade and General Trade) is a must with experience in the FOOD PROCESSING SECTOR is an added advantage
- Co ordination and organizing sales promotion
