The company, a trading as Homelink Mabati Factory, a company dealing with manufacturing and sales of roofing materials based in Ruiru, Kiambu County is looking for qualified persons to fill the following positions:
The Receptionist/Administrative Assistant will provide proactive and efficient administrative and support to the Administration team. The post holder will assist with the running of the office to improve efficiency and cost effectiveness providing front of company reception meeting and responsively handling all customer enquiries.
A company dealing with manufacturing and sales of roofing materials based in Kiambu County is looking for a lorry driver/factory worker to be based at the company factory.
Duties and responsibilities
• Assist in factory processes and production of goods
• Loading, transportation and delivery of customers’ goods in a safe and timely manner
• Providing good customer services by answering customer questions and handling customer complaints
• Adhering to delivery notes, schedules, and timeliness
• Ensuring proper usage, maintenance and regular checkup of company vehicles
Qualifications:
• Secondary school certificate
• Experience in fleet management will be an added advantage.
• 5 years’ experience as a lorry driver
• Knowledge of Highway Code and regulations
• Maintained a clean driving license for the last five years
• Compliance with applicable laws and regulations
• Ability to diagnose and fix minor issues related to the company vehicles
• Conversant with machine operations and factory production processes
