Purpose

This position requires the candidate to support lead, direct, advise and take initiative to design and implement organization development interventions and initiatives successfully within the organization

Key responsibilities

  • Proactively drive OD initiatives across levels in the organization with direction from OD Manager
  • Provide professional and expert judgment in relation to Organisation development responsibilities
  • Remain informed and aware of relevant trends and innovation in the field of Organisation development, relevant to the organization. Consider how OD can support the strategic development of the organization and amend the HR products and services accordingly
  • Support, implement and deliver various initiatives to improve employee effectiveness
  • Assist with developing and implementing robust competency framework for the organization and lead development process including Development Centres for the talent pool across levels
  • Implement and drive competency-based and holistic feedback mechanisms (360 degree feedback, employee satisfaction surveys etc.)
  • Facilitate OD initiatives in the areas of value cascade, transformation, competency mapping, Team Building and other projects, based on organizational requirements
  • Supporting the Assessment Centers for Talent Recruitment and selection
  • Ensuring all training is delivered and completed successfully with a measure of success attached
  • Managing all training calendar/schedule effectively including planning training resources and training room requirements
  • Manage and maintain Skill matrix for all development training interventions
  • Focus on Trainer development through Training observations and feedback, coaching observations, Conducting Knowledge Tests, One on One conversation, Conducting skill workshops
  • Conduct training needs assessments to identify training opportunities for individuals, teams and functional areas
  • Equip trainees with the skills needed to maximize every opportunity, with a professional and consistent approach
  • Identify coaching and training needs within the training and live environment
  • Design and develop learner and facilitator training material and documentation
  • Support the creation of brochures, training materials and develop multimedia visual aids and presentations
  • Assess impact of the training investments made within the Company
  • Provide reporting and analysis on key Organizational training data/metrics
  • Coordinate Training logistics and data management
  • Design Conduct behavioral Training program
  • Attend Operational Quality Calibration sessions to support TNI’s
  • Support Projects/BQ Management/Campaign Launches, Upskills, Refreshers
  • Be an effective and motivational communicator which ensures that training is to be “high impact”, engaging and appropriate for the target audience
  • Attend TTT with client or Master Trainer and ensure period sign off/certification is up to date
  • Attend Trainer Certification programmes internal & external
  • Self-upskill on relevant leadership and best practice knowledge

People

  • Maintain advisory/consultative relationships with people in subject matter/expert areas that provide input to deliver training and development within the organization
  • Work closely with L& D and partner to drive various initiatives
  • Coordinating with Operations, Workforce planning, Recruitment, Human Resources and other stakeholders to effectively implement all development trainings.
  • Pro-actively get feedback from managers regarding the content of the training material i.e. their training scores compared to on floor performance
  • Manage training attendance in OD interventions

Process and Risk

  • Review Training content and suggest new ways of delivery to improve effectiveness
  • Complete Training Administrative tasks as per set timelines
  • Continuously monitor Process and Knowledge updates and suggest changes to Training content and delivery
  • Collect feedback post training interventions and suggest improvements to OD Manager, Content Designer towards Continuous Improvement

Experience, Knowledge and Qualifications

  • Minimum 3-5 years facilitating organization development initiatives preferably in a multinational company / Call Centre (including hand on experience in design, development, preparation & implementation of training
  • Strong HR / psychology background is strongly preferred
  • Excellent Facilitation skills
  • Exposure to the delivery of project management and / or involvement in the delivery of multiple training & development contracts for various external stakeholders
  • Ability to work as part of a team as well as demonstrating own initiative
  • Ability to work under pressure whilst remaining flexible during any period of change based on the needs of the business
  • Computer literate (MS office, Word, Excel, power point and outlook)
  • Professional Training Related Certifications / additional qualifications in the area of training
  • A good understanding of Contact Centre procedures
  • Must be excellent in written and spoken English
  • Ability to manage and prioritise multiple tasks and projects concurrently across the business
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills including group facilitation and presentation skills
  • Excellent interpersonal skills including leadership, influencing and relationship building across functions
