We are seeking to recruit a Contact Centre Agent who will be responsible for offering top-notch support to our valued Customers with empathy and efficiency. The candidate should be customer-obsessed, proactive and solution-oriented.

Responsibilities:
*Handle inbound and outbound *Customer engagements via various platforms e.g, phone, email, whatsapp & webchat.

  • Provide accurate and timely information while ensuring exceptional customer service.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve customer issues, aiming for first-time resolution.
    *Collaborate with other internal departments to ensure customer satisfaction.
    *Collect Customer feedback via surveys

Qualifications
*At least 3 years’ experience working in a busy *Customer-centric position

  • Degree in business administration or related field
    *Tech-Savvy, well conversant with Microsoft Office, excel and Power Point and capable of quickly learning new software applications
    *Customer-obsession in terms of being empathetic, proactive, problem-solving
    *Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
