Key responsibilities

  • Generate purchase orders for restocking existing, new products.
  • Negotiate product costs with suppliers to ensure favorable pricing.
  • Respond to inquiries from both Retail and Corporate teams regarding product quantities and availability.
  • Calculate item selling prices, considering the company’s markup rates.
  • Liaise with Inventory team to ensure all products arrive in good condition.
  • Contact suppliers to address any issues with products that may arise on delivery or after the delivery.
  • Coordinate and collaborate with the logistics team for product collection.

Qualifications :

  • Bachelor’s degree in Purchasing, Procurement or a related field.
  • Proven work experience in Purchasing
