LIKO is seeking an Agent Recruiter located in the Nairobi area. This position plays a key role in bringing real estate professionals into our successful organization. The Agent Recruiter will engage with Real Estate professionals both new and experienced demonstrating to them how we can take their business to the next level. The position requires a real “sales” pro with exceptional, proven telephone prospecting skills, impeccable follow-up and great customer service.
In this role, you will get to:
- Use multiple sourcing tools to target agents to contact as well as build and manage a database using appropriate CRM software
- Outbound and inbound agent recruiting efforts, both cold and warm
- Memorize and internalize effective prospecting scripts
- Make monthly recruiting presentations and follow up accordingly
- Contact potential real estate agents to communicate the benefits of joining our team; articulate value proposition, and compensation plans when appropriate
- Schedule potential agent recruitment appointments and maintain recruiting records as needed
- Gather competitive intelligence on competing companies to better understand how to sell the LIKO value proposition
- Establish and maintain consistent email/postal drip campaign to all prospects
- Manage recruiting based website
- Improve lead generation results by expanding prospecting sources
- Facilitate agent transition
We are looking for a candidate who:
- Has excellent computer skills including experience with a CRM system or database to build and maintain pipeline
- Has the ability to make at least 10+ cold calls a day
- Demonstrates the ability to prioritize and work independently supporting a team
- Has excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Is above 25 years of age
- Exhibits basic business and financial understanding and capabilities
- Can demonstrate real estate experience although it is not a requirement
