The Agent Solution & Support Services Coordinator is primarily responsible for ensuring clients experience warm and friendly service, leading the agent retention division and making sure associates are fully supported and happy
SPECIFIC DUTIES INCLUDE:
- Engage agents daily with a service attitude
- Assist agents with contract, client and sales challenges
- Maintain a high-minded, positive attitude
- Coordinate conference room usage
- Initiate and coordinate the transitioning of newly joined associates within 9 hours of commitment
- Improve the agent transition process within 12 months
- Organize and facilitate monthly orientation classes for newly joined associates
- Improve the agent orientation program and content within 12 months
- Keep reception/conference areas neat and presentable
- Ensure front desk is covered at all times
- Create & Manage office care program to in-house associates
- Organize and schedule other introductory classes monthly
- Initiate all exit interviews with departing associates within 9 hours of notice
- Organizing and coordinating company functions
- Follow up on all buyer/seller complaint calls within 12 hours
- Maintain office supplies inventory and submit orders to finance on a weekly basis
- Act as office liaison to company vendors including maintaining office supplies
- Setup and maintain office files and record systems
- Basic bookkeeping while working closely with the company accountant
- Prepare monthly reports for billing, payment records, activity and status of budget with the help of the company accountant
- Act as office Liaison between the realtors and the brokerage
PREFERRED REQUIREMENTS:
- Good communication skills
- Basic computer/Web skills
- Customer Care experience (A Plus)
- College Education (A Plus)
