  • Serve as the primary point of contact for our valued customers, addressing their inquiries, concerns, and requests via various communication channels (phone, email, chat).
  • Actively listen to customers, understand their needs, and provide prompt and accurate resolutions to ensure their satisfaction.
  • Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including technical support and sales, to resolve complex issues and provide comprehensive solutions.
  • Document customer interactions and maintain detailed records to track inquiries, trends, and feedback.
  • Continuously stay updated on our products and services to offer customers the most up-to-date information and assistance.
  • Identify opportunities for process improvements and contribute to the development of customer care strategies.
  • Uphold company policies and procedures while ensuring compliance with data privacy and security regulations.
  • Strive to exceed customer expectations by going the extra mile and fostering positive relationships.

Requirements Academic Qualifications:

  • Bachelors degree in: IT, marketing, Office Management, Human resources, business management, or any related field is preferred.

Relevant Experience:

  • 3 + years of progressively professional experience in a customer service or customer care role, preferably in the IT industry.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to articulate technical information in a clear and understandable manner.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think critically in high-pressure situations.
  • Demonstrated empathy and patience when dealing with customers and the ability to adapt communication styles based on their needs.
  • Proficiency in using CRM software and other customer support tools, preferably Zoho.
  • Solid organizational and multitasking abilities, with a keen attention to detail.
  • Flexibility to work in shifts and adapt to changing schedules as per business requirements.
  • Positive attitude, strong work ethic, and the ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
