We are currently seeking temporary staff to assist with online survey collection, data mining, and support for the esteemed Awards programs. This is an exciting opportunity to contribute to a prestigious awards program that recognises top CIOs for their exceptional projects and achievements in the technology industry.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct data mining and research to identify relevant companies and IT professionals for survey participation.
- Use various channels (online platforms, directories, professional networks) to gather contact information of potential survey respondents.
- Reach out to targeted individuals via phone or email to invite them to participate in the CIO100 survey.
- Clearly and professionally communicate the purpose of the survey, its significance, and benefits of participation.
- Provide guidance and support to respondents to ensure a high completion rate of the survey.
- Address any questions, concerns, or technical issues that respondents may encounter during the survey process.
- Maintain accurate records of survey invitations, responses, and follow-up communications.
- Collaborate with the survey team to monitor progress, identify challenges, and implement strategies to maximise survey completion rates.
- Assist with data validation and quality control to ensure the accuracy and integrity of survey responses.
- Provide regular updates and reports on survey progress, including potential bottlenecks and suggested improvements.
Requirements:
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, both written and verbal.
- Strong research and data mining abilities to identify relevant companies and individuals.
- Experience in conducting phone-based outreach, customer support, or market research activities.
- Proficient in using online tools and platforms for data gathering and communication.
- Self-motivated and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Detail-oriented with strong organisational and time management skills.
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
- Familiarity with the technology industry and understanding of CIO roles is a plus.
