RESPONSIBILITIES
- As an industry expert, be able to provide enablement training for internal IT teams based on their understanding of a certain industry (such as banks) to improve the skills of all employees.
- As the service Solution Architect, be responsible for exploring customers’ live network for opportunities, gaining business insights and guiding budgets.
- Be able to independently sell and expand service solutions and dare to set higher goals.
- As the service TD, ensure the delivery of IT infrastructure integration solutions in complex scenarios.
- Ensure successful project delivery based on customer satisfaction with SMs or higher-level customers. In addition, effectively support the pre-sales team to explore more opportunities.
REQUIREMENTS
- Bachelor degree in IT, Software, Telecommunication, Computer Science or other related majors.
- Have experience in delivering or maintaining IT infrastructure projects (Storage, Virtualization, Cloud) from mainstream vendors, such as Huawei, EMC, NetApp, AWS, VMware, etc.
- Be familiar with one or more IT product technologies and related solutions, such as storage, cloud computing, servers, networks, and operating systems.
- Have a certain understanding of the technical development trends of storage, virtualization, cloud computing, and servers, and is aware about the current and future technical development trends.
- Be good at expressing and communicating. Be able to independently coordinating multiple business teams to communicate with each other.
