Position OverviewPartner with Franchise Finance Director, Franchise Cluster Managers / Director and Frontline Franchise Functions to drive alignment across multiple stakeholders, and to develop the key insights needed to inform strategic priorities, including:
- Support franchise (bottlers) and customer relationships at the local level
- Prepare & support internal stakeholders on on-going discussions
What You Will Do For UsLead financial processes end to end within the, including:
- Execution of business models optimization and system top line growth
- Managing Act business plane processes including identification and mitigation of risk and opportunities
- Managing concentrate shipments with Bottlers (including DSI and A/R)
- Incidence Pricing management with Coca-Cola Beverages Africa
- Leading innovation projects (bring margins discipline to operational business decisions)
- Support financially all Revenue Growth Management initiatives deployment
- Lead System Net Sales Revenue insights reporting for East & Central Africa
- Continue building / enhancing financial templates for
- Leading inventory exposure for East & Central Africa
Role Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree Finance, Accounting or related field is required, Master’s degree is preferred
- 4 years of experience in finance roles including financial planning
- Leadership and capability as a highly efficient communicator and influencer at all levels
- Experience ideally in Consumer Packaged Goods/FMCG
- Strong data analytical skill is required; must be able to utilize Excel data warehouse by extracting key data and summarize with financial implications for management review
