Location Narok – Masheriani
Gross Pay Ksh 40000 plus allowance
Job Purpose
Supply Chain Assistants are in charge of providing support to managers in transferring the merchandise from manufacturers to retail outlets and customers
Responsibilities
- Receiving farmers and recording their ID’s and bank details
- Weighing trucks at adjacent weigh bridge and record them
- Updating site excel files with intake and dispatch trucks
- Take inventory and analyze all documentation such as invoices, bills and other supply documents
- Analyze items and check the quality of materials before preparing them for dispatch
- Establish and maintain collaborating relationships with customers, suppliers and supply chain staff
- Keep maintenance within the warehouse
- Perform research activities in order to identify new solutions for logistical challenges
- Perform several clerical duties for management
- Any other site support tasks
Qualification & Experience
- Degree in procurement, Supply Chain/Logistics management or any other relevant field in Supply Chain.
- At least two (2) years of experience
- Attention to detail
- Average MS Excel understanding
- Good oral and written communication skills
- Highly organized and efficient in time management
- Customer service skills
- Interpersonal competences and presentation skills
