The Zeri Capital Graduate Analyst Programme is one-of-a-kind in the financial services industry. Our 18 months generalist program offers analysts the best opportunity to learn and prepare for a rewarding career in finance, while making significant contributions to our team.

PROGRAMME STRUCTURE:
We have designed the Graduate Analyst Programme to continue the firm’s long standing culture of delivering results and being our clients trusted adviser. The programme will equip you with knowledge and experience needed to build a successful investment banking career and life skills.
With the programme, we aim to:

WHAT YOU WILL GET:
On the GAP, you will learn about our business, the markets and build important and value adding relationships, as well as develop strong skills. As an Analyst, you will:
1. Learn about our business, how we operate and gain skills needed to excel in our firm
2. Gain unlimited access to a support system, mentorship and training to guide your progression

4. You will undergo a thorough job rotation, each group offering a range of challenging responsibilities.
WHAT YOU WILL DO:
Our apprenticeship model encourages you to observe and comprehend the nuances of each transaction, and Analysts are expected to take on an outsized level of responsibility from the outset.
Analysts often work on deal structure, financial analysis and modeling, the due diligence process, presentations, client communications and more. Instead of being assigned to a single group, analysts work across multiple sectors and services while receiving exposure to private equity firms and family offices. They take on additional responsibilities based on their individual skill sets, and exceptional second-year analysts can receive work that corresponds to the associate level.

Qualifications:
1.Bachelor’s degree with a minimum of Second-Class Honours (Upper Division)
2. 0 – 2 years work experience.
3. Professional qualifications such as ACCA, FRM, CFA or CIS will be an added advantage.
4. Interest in the Financial Service Industry.
5. Must be available for the entire 18 months of the Graduate Programme.
6. Graduating in December or a recent graduate.
7. Have a degree in Finance, Economics, Acturial, Accounting, Mathematics, Engineering, Computer Science, or Law.
