Job title: Business Development Executive
Job location: Nairobi and Mombasa
Reports to: Managing Partner
Job Summary:
Our client is seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Business Development Executive to join their team .The Business Development Executive,will be responsible for driving business growth and establishing strong client relationships and identifying new business opportunities, negotiating and closing deals, and maintaining customer satisfaction.
Responsibilities
- Conduct market research to identify potential clients and target markets.
- Proactively seek out new business opportunities through various channels, including cold calling, networking events, and referrals.
- Create and execute effective sales strategies to achieve business growth targets.
- Build and nurture relationships with key decision-makers in client organizations.
- Present company services and value propositions to clients, highlighting the benefits and differentiators.
- Customize sales presentations and proposals to address client needs and objectives.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop promotional materials and campaigns.
Qualification & Experience
EDUCATION:
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (preferred).
EXPERIENCE:
- Proven experience as a Business Development Executive or in a similar sales role within the service industry.
- Proficient in using CRM software and sales productivity tools.
SKILLS:
- Strong track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients and key stakeholders.
- In-depth knowledge of the service industry, market trends, and competitive landscape.
