Job Title: Shop Attendant – Liquor Store
Reporting to: Shop Manager
Locations: Pipeline
Job Objective:
Our client owns a liquor store and is seeking to hire a customer focused shop attendant who will be responsible for greeting customers and managing cash register and receiving orders from suppliers and vendors.
Roles & Responsibilities
- Receiving, unpacking, and arranging products from suppliers and vendors
- Arranging and labelling goods in the display shelves
- Assisting customers in finding the products they are looking for
- Processing customer payments
- Addressing customer complaints and inquiries
- Providing shopping advice and recommendations to customers
- Cleaning and rearranging the store after hours.
- Performing periodic price audits to resolve price discrepancies
