Job Objective.Our client is a well-established and renowned packaging company, seeking to hire a
Sales Executive- Packaging Products. Ideal candidate should be result-oriented and be able to support their business development strategies.The ideal candidate should be a quick learner with strong negotiation and communications skills, and the ability to network, develop and manage strategic relationships
Roles & Responsibilities.
- Generate leads, establish and build relationships help in attaining revenue targets for the organization.
- Pitch, demonstrate and promote company’s training services and solutions.
- Meet weekly, monthly, and annual sales quotas through the successful implementation of sales strategies and tactics.
- Ensure timely and successful delivery of company’s products according to customer needs and objectives.
- Develop and implement action plan through comprehensive data analysis, and adjust sales techniques based on interactions and results in the field
- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships
- Maintain the database of the clientele information
Minimum Qualifications.
- Diploma/Degree in Sales & Marketing or business related
- Should have at least 2 years of experience in sales,
- Excellent selling, negotiation and communication skills.
- Prioritizing, time management and organizational skills.
- Ability to create and deliver presentations tailored to the audience needs.
- Relationship management skills and openness to feedback.
