- Handling the Deputy Ambassador’s agenda and schedule: You will be responsible for managing the Deputy Ambassador’s calendar, scheduling appointments, and ensuring that all meetings and events are properly organized. - Organizing professional trips and appointments of the senior Chancery staff: In this role, you will assist in arranging official trips and appointments for the senior Chancery staff. - Welcoming visitors of the Chancery and handling phone calls: As the first point of contact for visitors to the Chancery, you will play a crucial role in creating a positive and welcoming atmosphere. You will greet visitors, provide necessary information, and direct them to the appropriate personnel. Additionally, you will handle incoming phone calls, ensuring that inquiries are handled professionally and efficiently.

- The job will commence on July 1, 2023, offering a two-month contract covering July and September 2023. There will be a break in August.
- The gross salary for this position is set at KES 277,459.
- Working hours are as follows: Monday to Thursday, 8:30 AM – 1 PM / 2 PM – 6 PM, and Friday, 8:30 AM – 1 PM.
- The workplace will be the French Embassy in Kenya, located in Peponi Gardens, off Peponi Road, Nairobi.
