Cleanit Center is currently seeking a motivated and results-driven Sales Executive to join our team. As a Sales Executive, you will be responsible for promoting and selling our comprehensive range of cleaning, pest control, and laundry services to both residential and commercial clients. Your primary responsibilities will include:
- Actively prospect and generate leads to expand our customer base
- Conduct thorough research on potential clients and their specific cleaning needs
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients
- Present our services to clients and provide customized solutions based on their requirements
- Negotiate and close sales deals, ensuring customer satisfaction and retention
- Collaborate with the operations team to ensure smooth service delivery and customer support
- Stay updated on industry trends, competitors, and market conditions
- Prepare sales reports and forecasts to track performance and identify growth opportunities
Requirements:
- Proven experience in sales, preferably in the cleaning or service industry
- Strong sales and negotiation skills with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Self-motivated with a proactive and enthusiastic approach to sales
- Ability to build and maintain professional relationships
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
- Knowledge of cleaning, pest control, or related services is a plus
