Duties and Responsibilities:

Ø Social Media:

· Community Management – Draft and organize a social media content calendar for the Company’s website and social media platforms – Twitter, Facebook, LinkedIn and Instagram building an online presence.

· Have a good working knowledge on how to manage company assets – Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, YouTube

· Contribute to social media quantitative and qualitative analytics reporting.

· Create and coordinate content for social media campaigns.

· Monitor and research influencers, trending topics and tools – create and compile and influencer database.

· Source for social media content from staff, clients and at events.

· General social media planning, research, reporting and coordination as assigned.

Ø Media Relations:

· Help the account manager compile, maintain an updated media contact list.

· Prepare preliminary client PR and media reports.

· Assist with media interview coordination.

· Assist with scheduling and coordinating of photo/video shoots.

Ø Miscellaneous Communications and Administrative Support:

· Taking contact notes during meetings

· Actively participate in event brainstorming, planning, setup and coordination

· Monthly and event reporting

· Keeping an updated list of company and event suppliers

· General administrative and communications support as assigned.

Requirements

1. Proven working experience in digital marketing. Managing social media pages and creating engaging website friendly content.

2. Highly creative with an understanding of targeting and engaging different audiences.

3. Working knowledge of the Google Analytics tool

4. Ability to manage social media applications (e.g., Facebook Business Manager)

5. Up to date with the latest trends and best practices in online marketing and measurement
