Job Purpose and Impact
- This role supports the Grain Business within the country by coordinating the executional functions and ensuring other related supply chain day-to-day activities are running efficiently
Key Accountabilities
- Inventory management and reconciliations
- KYC documentation review for farmers and other counterparties.
- Procurement controls including payments processing and sales invoicing.
- Reporting of daily, weekly and monthly activities across the sites.
- Support Business digitalization projects.
- Contribute towards Improvement initiatives – Process, Cost reduction, Working capital and Revenue improvement
Qualifications
Minimum Required Qualifications
- Strong Analytical skills
- Attention to detail
- Business Degree, preferably an Accounting qualification.
- Advanced proficiency in standard business applications (e.g., MS Office Suite), particularly Excel
