Reporting to the Service Delivery Manager, the successful candidates will be responsible for installation, service and maintenance of security management systems and BMS.

Responsibilities

  • Provide the necessary technical and service delivery capabilities to effectively manage project engagements.
  • Assisting with information and knowledge to maintain service related documentation and gathering/sharing knowledge within the team.
  • Use & maintain work tools in accordance with good mechanical-work practices.
  • Ensure customer satisfaction with high job performance through positive interactions with customers.
  • Confirm with & abide by all regulations, policies, work procedures & instructions.
  • Conform to all safety rules & use all appropriate safety equipment.

Operations Competencies

  • Troubleshooting Skills: Proficient in diagnosing and resolving issues in electronic systems and equipment.
  •   Equipment Maintenance: Knowledge of preventive maintenance procedures for electronic equipment.
  •   Circuit Board Repair and Soldering: Understanding of circuit board layouts, electronic components, and soldering techniques. Skillful in repairing circuit board traces, solder bridges, and component replacements.
  •   System Installation and Integration: Proficiency in installing and integrating electronic systems and equipment.
  •   Quality Assurance: Knowledge of quality control processes and procedures for electronic systems. Capability to conduct inspections, tests, and evaluations to ensure compliance with standards.
  •   Documentation and Reporting: Ability to maintain accurate records of repairs, installations, and modifications.
  •   Safety Compliance: Understanding of electrical safety regulations and practices.  Qualifications, Skills & Experience
  • Diploma in Electric and Electronics, or related fields.
  • 3 years minimum experience in the security management systems and BMS sector.
  • Knowledge and experience in security management solutions i.e. entrance control, access control, intrusion alarms, CCTV, and BMS systems.
  • Excellent hands-on skills in Microsoft Office.
  • Strong strategic, analytical, and organizational skills.
  • Responsible for the projects and teams on site.
  • Ability to work on initiative and meet sales targets within the stipulated deadlines
  • Keen attention to detail, highly disciplined and of impeccable character.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
