Job Description
- We are looking for and intelligent, confident, persuasive and industrious individual to sell and EDTCH (Educational Technology) solution to private schools in Kenya. The job will involve targeting, convincing and onboarding new clients(schools), supporting existing customers and gathering feedback to inform strategies for high customer satisfaction, sustaining the companies’ dominance as the elding ECTECH brand in Kenya in East Africa. The successful candidate will work with a sales team as a guide on how to close potential deals. As a business developer associate, you will play a critical role in prospecting, signing up, onboarding and supporting schools that use our products. You will work to find new sales leads (through client referrals, cold calling and visiting new schools), close sales with set targets and develop and maintain relationships with schools.
Skill & Experience
- Excellent communication skills. You will elaborate clearly and listen attentively and be keen on body language to understand the needs and expectations of our customers.
- Persistence Every deal is easily closed, so be persistent to close.
- Flexibility The company has invested heavily and might need you to work odd hours
- MUST HAVE SOLD EDUCATIONAL TECHNOLOGY SOLUTIONS FOR ATLEAST 3 YEARS.
