PURPOSE OF THE JOB:
Our client in the Renewable resources industry solar based energy solutions provider that offers turnkey bespoke solutions is looking for Administrative Executive. you shall be responsible for office management and the creation of an enabling atmosphere for the executive and other staff to perform optimally you will be the first point of contact to the company in person or through any other medium you Shall perform tele-sales for company products and services.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Welcoming visitors and identifying the purpose of their visit before directing them to the appropriate offices.
- Answering phone calls in a polite and professional manner.
- Providing administrative assistance, such as writing and editing e-mails, drafting memos, and preparing communications.
- Maintaining comprehensive and accurate records in the registries.
- Performing minor accounting duties.
- Organizing meetings, including scheduling, sending reminders, and organizing catering when Necessary.
- Managing the executive’s calendar, including making appointments and prioritizing the most sensitive matters.
- Handling customer care.
- Maintenance of cleanliness in the office.
- Undertaking tele-sales against a set target.
- Perform any other duties as assigned.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Diploma in business management/public relations/communications or Related Field.
- At least 1 years’ relevant experience as Administrative Executive probably in a business enterprise or similar role.
- Certificate course in ICT User Support.
- Flair for digital marketing & social media.
